T00329. Chinese Taxillus Herb Lotus Seed Red Date Tea (Serving for 1 person)

1. Wash the Chinese Taxillus Herb, soak in water for 20 minutes and set aside

2. Soak white lotus seeds in hot water for 15 minutes, drain and set aside.

3. Wash the red dates and dried longan, remove the core from red dates.

4. Boil the eggs, remove the shell and set aside.

5. Put Chinese Taxillus Herb, red dates, white lotus seeds, and dried longan into a pot, add 600ml of water, bring to boil on high heat, then turn to low heat and cook for about 35 minutes.

6. Add eggs and sliced sugar, cook until the sugar dissolves and ready to serve.
