Dried white cabbage, Dried Scallop, Dried Duck Sidneys,
Sweet & Bitter Almond , Candied Dates ,Dried Tangerine Peel
1. Soak dried white cabbage, Duck kidneys and tangerine peel for one hour
2. Blanch the meat then cut it into pieces. Cut the dried white cabbage and wash few times. Scrape the tangerine peel, and cut the duck kidneys into small pieces. Wash all other ingredients.
3. Put all the ingredients and meat into the pot with 14 bowls of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat for 1.5hours. Season with salt and serve.
