60 heads of Dalian abalone, Hokkaido SA scallops, South African fish maw tube,
Yunnan morel mushroom, dragon dried lily blub, sun-dried yam
1. Soak the abalone one night in advance, remove the gizzard and wash it
2. Soak the morel mushrooms and fish maw for an hour and wash them.
3. Blanch the chicken and pork ribs, wash all other ingredients.
4. Except the fish maw, put all the ingredients and meat into the stew, add 15 bowls of water with 2 slices of ginger, and simmer for 1.5 hours.
4. Finally, put the fish maw into the soup, simmer for 20-30 minutes, season with salt and serve.
