Hong Kong Dried Vegetables, Barley, Euryale Seeds, Figs, Polygonatum, Dried Tangerine Peel
1. Soak dried white cabbage and tangerine peel for one hour
2. Blanch the meat then cut it into pieces. Cut the dried white cabbage and wash few times. Scrape the tangerine peel, and cut the carrots into small pieces. Wash all other ingredients.
3. Put all the ingredients and meat into the pot with 13 bowls of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat for 1.5hours. Season with salt and serve.
