S65. Astragalus Root and Codonopsis Soup (one pack for 8-10 bowls )

1. Blanch the meat and cut into pieces. Soak the Chinese Yam until soft.

2. Wash all other ingredients for later use. Cut Codonopsis and Astragalus Root into sections.

3. Put all the ingredients and the meat into a pot with 12 bowls of water, bring to boil on high heat for 15 minutes, then turn to medium-low heat for 1.5 hours. Season it with salt and serve.
