1. Wash and soak the black tiger palm slightly (save the mushroom soaking water for later use), wash all other ingredients.

2. Blanch the meat and cut into pieces, cut the red dates in half and remove the core.

3. Put all the ingredients and the meat into the pot with 14 bowls of water (including the mushroom water), bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat for 1 hour. Season it with salt and serve.
