Dried Skate( Devil Shark Fin), Poria, Raw and Cooked Barley, Chinese Yam, Dried Logan, Cashew Nuts

1. Blanch the meat then cut into pieces.

2. Wash all the ingredients.

3. Put all the ingredients and the meat into a pot with 14 bowls of water bring to boil on high heat and turn to medium-low heat for 1.5 hours. Season it with salt and serve.
