1. Wash the Giant Conch and soak for 2 hours (save the water for the soup base use).
2. Blanch the chicken and cut into pieces. Cut the Conch into slices.
3. Put all the ingredients (Goji berry can be added in last 15 minutes) and the meat into a pot with 13 bowls of water (with Conch water), bring to a rolling boil on high heat, then turn to medium-low heat for 1.5 hours. Season it with salt and serve.
Note: When it is done, skim the grease from a soup for better taste.
