S40. Dried Scallop Yam and Euryale Seeds Soup (one pack for 8-10 bowls)

Hokkaido Dried Scallop, Sun-Dried Yam, Cashew Nuts, Lotus Seeds, Euryale Seeds, Tangerine Peel, Candied Dates, Chickpeas

1. Soak Scallop, Tangerine peel, Lotus seeds and Euryale seeds for 30 minutes.

2. Cut the meat into pieces then blanch. Wash all other ingredients. Remove the pouch of Tangerine Peel.

3. Put all the ingredients with the meat into a pot with 13 bowls of water bring to boil on high heat and turn to medium-low heat for 1.5 hours. Season it with salt and serve.
