1. Soak the Fish Maw in water for one hour. Soak the Giant Conch in boiling water for one hour.
2. After removing the skin of the chicken and cut into pieces, then blanch and rinse. Cut the Giant Conch into small piece. Prepare 3-4 ginger slices for later use. Wash other ingredients for later use
3. Apart from Fish Maw, put all other ingredients into a pot with 13 bowls of water and bring it to boil in high heat and then turn to medium-low heat for 1 hour.
4. Add Fish Maw and further boil for 20-30 minutes. Season it with salt and serve.
