  • Method 1:

    Put it on a plate and steam for 15 minutes, then put it in a large bowl of cold water, and soak it in the refrigerator overnight.

    Method 2:

    First boil water, then turn off the heat, put in fish maw and bake until the water freezes, then change the water and put into the refrigerator and soak overnight.

    Method 3:

    After washing with water, put it directly into the soup and stew/boil for 1 hour.
