  • 1. Soak in water for two nights and change the water in the morning and evening respectively.

    2. Remove the abalone intestine and mouth.

    3. Put chicken, spare ribs, chicken feet, dried scallop and ham with abalone into the pressure cooker.

    4. Keep the pressure for 1.5 hours, then bake until next day, and test the hardness with a toothpick.

    5. Repeat the cooking process if it is not soft enough.
